Mortgages on Rails The availability of a great mortgage deal will be interesting to IT contractors following policymaker Andrew Sentence’s comments in a radio interview broadcast this week, that The Bank of England should start slowly increasing interest rates ‘sooner rather than later’.

Mr. Sentance, one of the most outspoken members of the Bank’s Monetary Policy Committee, said with the global economy performing better than expected, the time is right to begin gradually increasing interest rates, even after taking into account the government spending cuts and the Irish economic crisis.
