My dad has a ltd company which he says i have 20% shares in, yet every year he says there is no profit so you get no dividends.
recently i overheard that the shares i have are below the amount you need in order to collect any dividends can anyone answer this? apparently he upped the share amount of the whole company to maybe 120% or 130% for some reason, i have 20 and my sister has 10
